I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, albeit with a slight odor as the hotel is quite new, and the king-sized bed was a nice touch. The service from the friendly and helpful staff, especially Chen Tiantian at the lounge bar, was exceptional. The location in Shekou was perfect, near great restaurants and attractions, though the dining experience stood out with excellent options. Overall, a great value for the price with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a high-end luxurious feel with fresh, clean, modern, and comfortable rooms, providing a peaceful atmosphere for a restful stay. However, some service aspects could be improved, such as a lack of fresh orange juice and occasional failure to meet requests.
